Still don't have bodyfat actual measurements but when they took them Mat said I had less than average muscle for my height and more than average fat. Less worried about losing weight than reversing those figures.

Been banned from the gym by the physio :mad: :mad: as my knee has taken a turn for the worse :( :(

So no exercise last week, and no measurement this week.
 
4 week gap in posts caused by 3.5 week holiday to NZ,

V happy with this as 3.5 weeks of beer drinking has lead to only a 1KG gain.

Calf injury over the last 2 weeks hasn't helped, damn it. But happy with the SLOW progress. Trying for loss of a kilo per week but obviously off this pace so far.
Most people seem to be kicking some ass though!

I've plateaued think I may have found my 'fighting weight'. Will keep working hard on my fitness and let weight look after its self
