Did someone publish a useful table of the differences in the regs at each age group in England ?
I can't find the thread ..
Or did I omagine it

Indeed , I gave it to my son who is reffing some young schools rugby, he shared it with all the other teachers and is now the star of the sports department. he thanks you!
