Lawsuit against USAR

NCR is a very well run organization, and always has been. They're acting like idiots.

USA R is a badly run organization, and always has been. They're acting like idiots.

I have no opinion on Justin Hales except to say that he can't say he wasn't warned.

Great, just peachy - another long-simmering dispute blows up as rugby tries to be taken seriously in the US. Just hope it doesn’t just descend into a Jarndyce and Jarndyce money pit.

Broken link?
Try again, I updated the link in the OP.

I wouldn't call NCR "very well run," but I agree they're miles ahead of USAR.

Admittedly my info is secondhand, but for other referees not involved in this suit, there was no warning before getting yanked from the 2023 CRAAs.

Thanks, working now.

Interesting, and spicy. I recently interacted with Jamie just a few weeks ago, and he was very helpful and pleasant for an issue I was having. Surprised to see this TBH.

The threat that if you referee NCR you could be at rismk of losing USA R appointments was in play just as I was leaving the USA - that was 4 years ago.

LROs decided that they weren't getting in the way of that, and generally appointed to both. USA R have backed their position up.
