    [6N] Tmo farce

Anyone know if the TMO can view front/side/other angle footage at the same time? If not, what stops them viewing in split screen? Even mobile phones can do that these days.

    AUS vs ARG

Yes I think so; It ended high, his positioning was poor (not "solid" at all!) and his shoulder impact was with the ball carrying player's head. Just because someone might miss a lazy high shot doesn't mean this one should be ignored too.

    AUS vs ARG

Bit in bold - the differential here is not a "head clash" but a shoulder to the head. If the ball carrier has the ball at chest height, and the defender contacts attacking player's head with their shoulder, then it's really clear in law that tackler is at fault. We all said it before - tackle...

    AUS vs ARG

Absolutely. I think Peyper got it right - there was contact - and I also think Creevy got it right but can be less sure about that, looked for all the world like a strip on the floor (2nd round of replays). Not sure what MR and TMO were watching!

    [Ruck] Pulling a player forward

I think it stems from referees not rigidly enforcing players "endeavouring to stay on their feet" and 16.2 a/d as well. Players are so low down that a proper clear out becomes so much harder.

[Ruck] Game Flow / Mental Clarity

I've used brain training games alongside my fitness training. Lumosity or Peak. I train hard and at high intensity for short periods, then crack out 60 second brain challenges, and then I do a series of them at the end of the training sessions. An n=1 study, but it seems to have helped me block...

    Simon, row your boat alone....

But maybe, as per Simon's request, that's for another thread... (In the non-rugby talk bit?) I don't think I would allow it. I get the argument that international standard women could manage and excel at many levels of men's rugby, however the average woman vs the average man at college level...

    [Law] Removal of post-protector mid-game

Why would we want to standardise pitch sizes? Some of the fun is adapting your game to narrower pitches, shorter in-goals etc. Don't see the problem with how it is at the moment. Both sides have equal opportunity to score against the post and equal disadvantage when defending. Get yourself in...

    Yellow card for retaliation.

I think on balance the decision given was fair. JM inflamed a "situation" and they would have both been talked to, with it left there. Whilst water was splashed, that's not the crime of the century and JH's reaction was totally disproportionate with 2 hands put around JM's throat, just...
