yellow card for ball boy :)

6.B is titled "Touch Judges and Assistant Referees" and then has some sub heading to divide it up into Before, During and After. Arguably 6.B.3 is mostly about during the match (e.g. to "overrule a decision" requires the match to be underway) but equally telling "them what their duties are"...

Equally I was surprised by the lack of a second YC to Wales at the end considering the number of penalties, though to YC a prop at that time wouldn't...

[Law] But how is he supposed to defend ,Sir? Offside in-goal

An extension question: An attacking player misfields the ball as it come down in-goal. Can the defending player now play the ball, 11.3(c), or not, 11.4(d)?

Ruck of tackle - official guidance

Does the tackler lose rights by not acting quickly? Often you would expect to see a ruck formed, but if his team are not engaging to form a ruck is there any reason he can't roll away then pause, let the attacking forwards go over to "clear out" and then engage the scrum half at the back for the...

[Law] But how is he supposed to defend ,Sir? Offside in-goal

What about a deep in-goal area (say 22m) with the kicker near his dead ball line miss kicks and it comes down 5m inside the in-goal? Are team mates obliged to retreat 10m or can they stand still?
